I've been tagged- and I hardly know what that means!  I just know that I was enjoying learning more about Bekki, and then my name was at the bottom!

So here goes...

1. Gone on a blind date? Yes- too many to count.

2. Skipped school? Only once- I'm sort of a rule-follower.

3. Watched someone die?  Not really- isn't that kind of a morbid question, though?

4. Ever been in a car accident?  Yes- when I was pregnant with Tyler.  And, of course, the chick that hit me didn't have insurance!

5. Ever steal any traffic signs? No- I told you I was a rule-follower.

6. Ever been on TV? I went to a Hot Air Balloon event once, and everyone at work told me they saw me on the news.

7. Been on the opposite side of the country? Yes- NY, Boston, DC, and Orlando- Fun, fun, Fun!!

8. Paid for a meal with coins only? Totally- I love to get rid of my change.

9. Made prank phone calls? Yes- feel bad about it now.

10. Favorite dessert?  Where do I begin... usually anything that involves really dark, rich chocolate- like the ganache cake my mom makes on my b-day, or the flourless cake from Gardner Village in Utah. Oh, and has anyone been to Extraordinary Desserts in San Diego??  Of course, adding peanut butter or a good mint to rich chocolate is dreamy, too.  Gotta love dark Dove chocolates, junior mints, Blue Bunny's Peanut Butter Panic, and Ben & Jerry's Chubby Hubby!  Shall I go on....

11. Favorite Movie? I'm a sucker for any chick-flick, even the really lame Hallmark ones.

12. Drive a 2-door or 4-door vehicle? A 4-door van, but it has 2 auto-doors!  Anyway, I pretend I'm driving my 2-door Audi TT.

13. Written a letter to Santa Claus? Can't remember.

14. Been kissed under mistletoe? Yes- long, long time ago.

15. Favorite Holiday? Christmas- especially since I've had kids!!

16. Been skinny dipping outdoors? maybe.

17. Any nicknames? Brothers call me Mars, Carol still calls me Marlooner.

18. Favorite Drink? Real fresh-squeezed lemonade.

19. Tattoo? On the rule-follower? No.

20. Body Piercings?  Just a couple in each ear.

Camden's 2!

Camden turned 2 yesterday!  I know he looks like he should be turning 3, but he really is newly 2.  He was so cute and happy to have a little party with the family.  

Rachel Colby came over for hours the night before to help me decorate a cake.  Thank you Rachel!!  Camden loved it!  He said, "Car!Car! Mine." I'm so glad he had fun.  I just love him to pieces and can't stop kissing his little cheeks!  Happy birthday big guy!

Man Cold

Last night, my husband was suppose to help me get the house ready for company- his family is coming today.  Well, he came home on time, but said he wasn't feeling well.  He went straight for the couch.  Then he told the kids how bad he needed a back scratch!  I made dinner (for the missionaries, too), did the dishes, folded the laundry...

This video is exactly how I feel about my husband- that I do love.

Annual #9 Trip

One of my favorite events ever is my annual #9 trip.  Every year, my college roommates and I take a weekend vacation together.  The trips started in 2001 with us sleeping on the floor of one of our 2-bedroom apartments.  They've graduated to last years trip to Chicago.  We stayed right off the Magnificent Mile, did a little bit of sight-seeing, lots of eating, and oodles of shopping.  Some of my roomies have been hit and miss on our trips.  Some of us (like me) wouldn't miss the annual excursion!  Kristine missed her first trip last year since she moved to Hawaii.  Kristine- we really, really missed you!  I'm rooting for a 2009 Hawaii trip!

Sweet Dreams

My boys share a room, but they do have their own beds!  Sometimes Tyler climbs into Camden's crib to read to him, make Camden happy, or to get hugs.  And sometimes, this is how I find them!  I've actually found Tyler all spread out, and Camden's face smooshed up to the slats.

Makenna despises that fact that she's the only one who doesn't have someone to sleep with.  Maybe that's why she's always putting babies to bed.  This night, they were all right next to her bed if not right next to her.

After a half hour in the bathroom, Makenna and her friend, Brielle, came out like this.  Their favorite thing to do at our house is dance to Hannah Montana (especially if we're playing Freeze Dance.)

Camden

He's a trip.  He's not quite two, and all he wants is to ride the same bikes and scooters the other kids do.  Unfortunately, he likes to ride them right on into the house.

London's Run

This was my first 10k and my second race.  I wanted to drop dead by mile 5, but I kept going and we (my friend, Carrie, and I) finished in 62 minutes.  My kids have gotten so excited about my runs- thanks guys!
